Invest - Public Offerings

To Invest in Wyoming is to invest in your friends, family, and community.

Here, you can find Wyoming based companies you can help to flourish.

In 2018, new rules enabled every Wyoming citizen to be an investor. Investors can now participate in their state’s economy by investing in local businesses, innovative start-ups, and socially minded enterprises. Business investment opportunities are now available to the public.

A few things to know: Companies are registered with Secretary of State's office. The minimum investment for any individual is $10,000. The maximum offering a company can choose is $4 million, although companies can choose a lesser amount if needed. A portion of the investments are held in escrow until a minimum of funds is reached, a great protection for the investor.

You must live in Wyoming, that’s the key. This is an intrastate law and only Wyoming residents can invest.

If you are ready to take a look at possible investments, we’ll walk you through the process.

Read the steps below, then fill out the Wyoming Resident Verification Form at the bottom of the page to get started today!

Step 1

Verify you are a Wyoming citizen. At the bottom of this page, you will find a link to our Wyoming Resident Verification Form that proves you live in the Cowboy State.

Step 3

Once you have finished reading up on your favorite company, fill out an Indication of Interest form. Here, you will declare how much money you may wish to invest to your company of choice.

Step 2

You've been verified! You now have an account on the site and can view the Executive Summaries of all WIN companies on CreateWyoming.com. Read all about each business and how far your investment will take you and the company you support.
